The 2020 #BCTECHSummit will feature thought-leading keynotes, deep-dive breakout sessions and interactive workshops. Innovation Challenges Track
The Innovation Challenges at the 2020 #BCTECHSummit provide a unique platform for non-tech companies and traditional industries to accelerate their business through innovation. By defining their problems and pitching them to a targeted audience, these organizations will find relevant tech solutions from local B.C. companies. This event series will feature reverse pitch sessions and B2B meetings.
Investment Readiness Program
The Investment Readiness Program will provide founders with a comprehensive overview of the North American fundraising landscape, the best M&A strategies and tactics for global growth, and opportunities to build relationships with their next potential investor. This half-day track will be divided into two streams: companies looking for less than $1M and companies looking for over $1M in funding. We will open with a panel discussion from some of North America's leading investors, followed by "reverse pitch" presentations, and we’ll conclude with matched roundtable discussions. Learn more.
Job Fair
The #BCTECHSummit Job Fair produced in partnership with Tech Talent Canada, is a unique recruiting event that connects B.C.'s fastest growing companies with top tech talent in the province. Hiring companies will have the opportunity to showcase their brand to a crowd of skilled candidates and job seekers will get connected with some of the best companies in the province.
